These terms govern your use of uaegaragefinder.com. By using the platform you accept them.

1. What UAE Garage Finder is (and isn’t)

UAE Garage Finder is a discovery, comparison and lead-generation platform. We connect customers with independent garages. We are not a repair provider, and we are not a party to any repair contract. All repair work, pricing, warranties and payment are agreed directly between the customer and the garage. While we verify licenses and monitor reviews, we do not guarantee the quality, price or outcome of any repair.

2. Customer terms

• The platform is free for customers. No payment is collected from customers by UAE Garage Finder.
• You must provide accurate contact and vehicle information. WhatsApp verification of your enquiry is required — you confirm by sending a pre-filled WhatsApp message with your reference ID.
• You may not submit fake, duplicate or abusive enquiries; violations may lead to blacklisting.
• Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake or malicious reviews are removed and may lead to account suspension.
• Photos and videos you upload must relate to your vehicle issue and must not contain unlawful content.

3. Garage partner terms

• Garages must hold a valid UAE trade license and provide accurate business information. Misrepresentation leads to removal.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance per the selected plan. Plans, features and lead allocations are described on the Pricing page.
• Leads are provided as delivered; we do not guarantee conversion. Lead quality controls (WhatsApp verification, spam filtering, scoring) are applied on a best-effort basis.
• Garages must handle customer data received through the platform lawfully and only for serving that customer’s enquiry.
• Attempting to systematically bypass the platform, solicit reviews dishonestly, or manipulate rankings may lead to suspension without refund.

4. Content & intellectual property

Platform content, branding and software are owned by UAE Garage Finder. Garages retain rights to their uploaded content and grant us a license to display it. We may remove any content that violates these terms.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, UAE Garage Finder is not liable for damages arising from repairs performed by listed garages, from customer-garage disputes, or from reliance on platform content. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the preceding 3 months.

6. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. We encourage customers and garages to contact our support team first — most issues are resolved amicably.
