Why we exist

The UAE has thousands of skilled, honest workshops — but from the outside, they look identical to the unlicensed and the overpriced. Drivers rely on word of mouth or gamble on the nearest sign. Garages, meanwhile, do great work and struggle to be found. We built UAE Garage Finder to close that gap.

We’re not just a directory. Every garage on the platform can be compared on the things that matter — verified trade licenses, real customer reviews, response times, warranties, brand specialities and pickup options. Customers upload photos of their car problem and get quotes before driving anywhere. And connection is direct: you call, WhatsApp or message the garage yourself. We never sit in the middle of your repair or take a cut of it.

How we keep it trustworthy

Garages earn a Verified badge only after our team checks their trade license and confirms the premises. Reviews are linked to real, completed enquiries wherever possible and marked “Verified customer”. Every enquiry gets a unique Lead ID so problems can be traced and resolved. Garages that respond fast and deliver quality rank higher; garages that accumulate complaints are suspended.

Where we operate

We launched in Dubai with deep coverage of Ras Al Khor — the city’s automotive heartland — followed by Al Quoz, Al Qusais, DIP and Jebel Ali. Coverage now extends to Abu Dhabi (Mussafah), Sharjah and the northern emirates, and grows every week.

How we make money

Simple and transparent: customers use the platform free, forever. Garages subscribe to monthly or yearly plans for enhanced visibility and lead management tools. We never charge commission on repair jobs, and we never let payment influence a garage’s reviews or verification status.
